Proud to be Kiwi - the three directors, Kelly McLuckie, Jenni Ross-Janett and Ron McLuckie have worked together for a number of years in various capacities before coming together to form Success Formula. We share a strong belief in providing services that do what they promise, and love to challenge each other to come up with new exciting ways to share Success Formula with the world! We are currently trusted advisors to Capability NZ, and strategic partners with Leadership Focus and PDC, Malaysia.
Our personal mission is to become a "great sustainable brand, in global demand".
Success Formula is designed to combine the power of business genetics research, with real world common sense. With a variety of New Zealand and Oversea's graduate and post-graduate university qualifications between us, we were fascinated about why, with all the management best practice available, some organisations succeeded and others floundered - this curiosity led to the research behind Success Formula - read more about the
